Jack joined Dwyer Law Office in November 2011 and established the firm’s Fargo, North Dakota office, expanding its reach into one of the region’s fastest-growing markets. Over the years, Jack has developed extensive experience working alongside developers, landowners, and investors on complex real estate and infrastructure projects.

With a practice focused on water law, commercial transactions, business structuring, and real estate development, Jack brings a practical and strategic approach to every project. His understanding of regulatory processes, infrastructure, land use, and development allows him to guide projects from initial planning through execution.
