Taylor Otis

Taylor joined Sparks Developments with a background in business, marketing, and real estate operations. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Business with a concentration in Marketing from Concordia College in 2025, and she brings a strong foundation in organization, communication, and strategic marketing to the development team.

Now licensed as a real estate agent in both North Dakota and Minnesota, Taylor works closely with buyers, builders, and partners throughout the sales process. While newer to land development, she has developed a strong interest in the planning, branding, and growth strategy behind residential communities.

Taylor enjoys being part of projects that contribute to the region’s growth, and she is excited to continue building her experience in development.
